I feel tired today (Wednesday). I was running errands and then went to the cinema yesterday. Was late in bed.

I don't think this is the day to start my new program.

- Load the washing machine
- Clean parts of the kitchen
- Clean parts of the living room
- Take a look at my energy and then decide the next step.
- Remember to do some relaxing exercises in between.
