I’ve felt some joy and light today

I know this isn’t much.. I’m not important.

But if I can sometimes feel joy and light, then maybe there is hope for everyone

Hope that there will be some better days in amongst the crushing pain.

Or even hope for healing from trauma, and other stuff...

Feel free to share anything you find of value or beautiful. Without love, acceptance, beauty and respect this world would be ..... not somewhere I would exist for even one more day..
