I'm floundering after today's session. Didn't get half of what I wanted to say out, and then R dropped a significant bombshell at the end of the session. The saving grace was that we ended on a bit of a laugh. I had a glass of water during, and I'd taken a sip whilst she was using the loo.

When she came back, she thanked me and before I could say anything, I burped.

'Sorry!'

'You are excused...I did the same thing yesterday, my friend said "You're disgusting!"

R said that what she found funniest was the surprise with which I looked around.

"You might have released something there!"

"There's probably an entire school of yoga..."

"You have a beautiful laugh - I don't think I've ever heard you laugh like that before."

In the moment, we pretty much forgot to set up for next week, but I have an appointment next Thursday at 10.30am.

"Keep laughing, and keep burping. I might drink a lot of lemonade before I come next week..'
