Hey couchies. Still on the struggle bus. Saw T yesterday who wants to keep me out of the hospital. He's also making me stay out of my house b/c I ruminate a lot when I'm home, so I'm texting him twice a day to check in.

I feel so awful but am grateful that my T is making such a concerted effort to help get me well.
