About your T (therapist) being on vacation: boy I've been there. I understand. It's an intense feeling to miss one's T whilst they are away. How long is your T going to be gone? Can you think back to a time where you internalized your T? Like what would your T tell you right now? Can you remember his voice? It can be helpful to imagine what he might tell you in his voice.
