My T today said that I am in recovery. She said it after I said I am not afraid to talk about my depression. That I am open about it and try not to let it run me. I have been slowly starting to do better since things at work are wrapping up. I didn’t really get what I wanted but I got to keep my job and got a little protect from some people.

Has anyone else’s T claim they are in recovery?
