Take care, MickeyCheeky. You'll relax once you meet your university counselor. They have to sign a paper that states they will keep the sessions confidential. Your parents cannot ask your school counselor to give them information about your sessions.
I think if you go once a week to campus to see the counselor, you'll feel so much better. Take a notebook with you. Write down the suggestions that the counselor gives you. Keep a journal. Make a list. Keep goals. You can do this.
