My goals for Saturday:

1) brush teeth - a) in the morning - yes b) after lunch - c) after dinner -
2) make bed - yes
3 )take shower -
4)clean bedroom - NOT YET
5) wash hankerchief and others -
6a) give food to the cats -
6b) give Blacky(my cat) antibiotic med for his diarrhoea -
7) decide what to cook for today - yes
8) do the dishes -
9) clean the litter box -
10)exercise - a) walk indoors: 20min + 20min -
b) sit-ups - 20 -
11a)read story book - NOT YET 11b) study the world Atlas - NO YET
Overall: Eat healthy... Try to take one day at a time... And just try to make it through the day... Be patient and wait....Be hopeful and look forward to a happy future.
