the only way is to just ask... it can't really feel worse than that awful agony of thinking it and believing it but having so evidence of it

you already believe she does, so worse case is you are right.. which is unlikely.. i mean, especially in that profession she would have learned to reserve her feelings until she got to know someone longer... and while there are bad t's, the majority i hopw are a little more human and compassionate than that...

and hate... that's a pretty strong word.. i generally save it for pretty strong situations... have you done anything to merit that strong of a feeling? i doubt it, right?

you have seemed to me to be nothing short of kind and compassionate yourself.. giving and cheerful... i haven't heard you talk about eating babies or anything ... hate... no... im sure... and this is not meant to be a joke.. i undertsand your pain doll... but think for a second ok? what is bringing this up? When you think about it.. are your first thoughts/words about T? or is it more like "it's just like...etc etc?"

one of the tools you will learn and need in therapy is to recognize when strong meaning is being applied to innocuous circumstances.. it's a guidepost
