Background: I've grown interested in the effects - or non-effects - of different macronutrients in different forms. I've altered my own diet over the past couple of years, but I have not reaped any mood benefits. My biomarkers are better, but I'm not.

In truth, I need the calories right now. But I did feel like I had eaten too much.
I too have made good attempts to make sure my body has all the nutrients it needs without any positive impact to my mood. I agree
