My pill boxes are done Lamictal ever other day. I think the following week I’ll do every 3 days off. Etc

I plan to be off at the end of this 3 week taper. Then I’m guessing 2-3 weeks until my brain is working sans Med. It’s a seizure Med anyway it’s just off label it can work for the depressive end of Bipolar in some people.

Tenex I just stopped outright.

Then I will need to do a slower decrease off of doxipin as its one of the main reasons I can get some decent sleep. Might take a month. I’m just hoping that my severe insomnia doesn’t pop back up, it wasn’t unusual for me to go 5-6 days with no sleep. So Yes slowwwww for that one.

Once that is complete I will decide what physical Med I will discontinue next. That’s the tricky part , there are a couple I just have no choice but to take.

Anyone take Fosomax weekly ??? My bone density showed my bones aren’t happy. It’s an annoying Med to take ... leaves my stomach tore up for hours. Can’t eat with it per instructions for one hour.

I’m feeling very positive about making these changes. My hunger has decreased since I stopped Latuda and have lost weight , so that’s a wonderful sign for me.
