All antidepressants which have serotonergic activity have recently had a warning added to them with respect to a potential increased risk of upper grastrointestinal bleeding from taking NSAIDs, like aspirin or ibuprofen. The enhanced risk is slight, and can be minimized by using an enteric-coated product. Tylenol (acetominophen/paracetamol) is not included in this risk category, so there is no interaction there.

There is no concern using cold meds, although any combination of meds can have unanticipated effects in an individual. Just be careful, the first time you combine meds. Drowsiness, dizziness, those sorts of things, are sometimes a little bit enhanced.
