i do have some people in my life, thankfully. if i got too out of it, they'd definitely let me know. thanks for asking, btw.

ive heard that some people go manic on it. the psychiatrist said i needed something that would help the anxiety and also be on the more 'activating' end of things, as ssri drugs go. celexa and paxil were just too, too calming and numbing for me.

i guess ill just stick with the abilify where it is, currently. i tolerate it well, and the dose isn't maxed out or anything, so i think (hope...) it'll be OK. i'll ask the psychiatrist at the next appointment.
