I would agree with this. Even though there is often the word "ally" in there; I think the intent is to create a safe space for LGBTQ+ to ask questions of those in similar situations. Those of us who are CIS-gendered and/or straight should be respectful of that space, just as I would want men to be respectful of not posting in the ladies forum.
Just my opinion.
