I think you should block any way he could possibly communicate with you and avoid where he might be if possible. Thank you, Sarah! I think what I am going to do is just completely avoid him altogether. I don't wish to tell him anything. I don't even want to contact him. If I say anything, it will just make things awkward and uncomfortable when I see him. I know this already because it happened after we broke up. I just won't talk to him.
