It is hard to talk about. I've rarely brought it up to anyone in the past and now being an adult it feels way more stigmatized. It's nice to know that there are other people who understand even though I wish none of us had to go though it. Congratulations on 78 days! That's a big deal and I hope that you're proud of yourself. What other things have been helping you cope lately?
