My goals for Tuesday:

5) wash hankerchief and others -

6b) brush/bathe Blacky -
7) decide what to cook for today - yes
8) do the dishes -
9) clean the litter box - NOT NEEDED
10)exercise - a) walk indoors: 20min + 20min -
b) sit-ups - 20 - NO
11a)read story book - 11b) study the world Atlas -
12)watch news on tv/read news online -
Overall: Eat healthy... Try to take one day at a time... And just try to make it through the day... Be patient and wait....Be hopeful and look forward to a happy future
