hi. here in the US, there's a very new drug...maybe 2, actually...that have been FDA-approved for tardive dyskinesia. maybe they're available in Canada? other than that...

I know it sounds like hippy ********, but some people have (apparently...) been able to reduce TD and other tardive syndrome severity with high dose antioxidant cocktails. i take a lot of antioxidants, kind of Orthomolecular-style, to treat+prevent TD. I had tics before starting the vitamins, and a bit of stiff gait ("thorazine shuffle..." from -atypicals-), and now I"m a-OK, tolerate my full dose Abilify just fine, etc. The big 2 components for treating/suppressing/improving existing tardive syndromes seem to be natural form vitamin E at a high dose and lots of vitamin C...the b-complex, especially b-3 and b-6, play a big role, too.
