Hang in there. These things take time to get over. Give yourself the time you need to grieve and heal. You will get stronger after you work through this for a while. You really will. Some things that I find helpful are journaling, reading, coming here to PC and taking long walks. I hope you feel better soon... but don’t rush yourself through this. [emoji3590]
