My goals for Wednesday:

1) brush teeth - a)in the morning - yes b)after lunch - c)after dinner -
2a)make bed - yes
2b)make tea - yes
3 )take shower -
4a)clean bedroom -
4b)clean the kitchen counter -
4c)swipe the bedroom floor -
5)wash hankerchief and others -
6a)give food to the stray cats -
6b) brush/bathe Blacky -
7) decide what to cook for today - yes
8) do the dishes -
9) clean the litter box - NOT NEEDED
10)exercise - a) walk indoors: 20min + 20min -
b) sit-ups - 20 -
11a)read story book - 11b) study the World Atlas -
12)watch news on tv/read news online -
13)go out to the tailor's and the grocer's.
Overall: Eat healthy... Try to take one day at a time... And just try to make it through the day... Be patient and wait....Be hopeful for a happy future.
