I am not allowed a break. I work 5 hour days and when I try to take a break to make a phone call, to check messages, she gets on me. I'm only allowed a snack while I continue working.

After the staff meeting things got better as far as less criticism. But paychecks, pay rate, and breaks are my main issue. Being overly criticized is another, and she has no reason to tell me how to take out the trash. She's nit picky and it's her personality, not necessary for the task.
