Hi Cool, I'm sorry you are feeling the urge to SH. Lately I've been doing deep breathing, exercising (walking), praying, making promises to not SH until a certain time, going out of my way to do comforting things for myself, relying on my irl friends and my online friends here at PC. Nothing is fool proof. Sometimes I can get through just with deep breathing, sometimes I have to do several things. I'm avoiding looking at things I can use to hurt myself, and since I primarily hurt myself on my arms, I'm intentionally wearing clothing that is really soft on my arms. HUGS.
