So today I was weighed by the diabetic nurse,and the good news is I haven't gained any weight,though of course,having indulged in forbidden foods,the bad news is that I haven't lost any either.I promised the diabetic nurse that this month I will lose weight and bring my blood sugars down and exercise to lower my blood pressure.I intend to keep my promise.I am going to be strict and disciplined.
