A little after midnight I weighed 159; still flirting with the top of my range. Tomorrow I will go to the gym early in the morning and paddle in the afternoon. Also planning to paddle this weekend and probably also work out.If I can keep the appetite in check, I should have no trouble dropping back into the mid 150s.
