so sorry to hear that you are going through this rough patch with your husband. glad that you reached out to us here at PC. I see that your husband is on 3 meds already. was he diagnosed with GAD? I ask only because I was diagnosed with that as well and put on zoloft and paxil a long time ago. but my manias and depression were still very prevalent for many years before I was diagnosed bipolar. I had just about all the same behaviors and episodes. I am not a medical MH psychiatrist or mental health therapist. I could never begin to try and diagnose someone here, and his situation may be indicative of something else, but have you thought about perhaps getting a second opinion? sending positive thoughts and hugs.
