I agree 100+ %. Here is about expressing what bothers us. It is the place where we can firmulate our thoughts into words.....which I find helps clarify thoughts.
I have often chosen silence over "getting it wrong" IRL social situations. It has only been in the last few years my confidence started growing & I do a lot of research to learn which has helped confidence....but I still find times when silence is good just less often now.
