=( unfortunately, adult protective services cannot step in - the girl is not mentally or physically handicapped and is not elderly. the girl has to walk away on her own. i used to work in a shelter and it takes on average 8-9 times for a woman to walk out and stay out (while getting help and therapy and support). Just keep being her friend and telling her she deserves better.
