I've been feeling good because even though I've been more on a maintenance diet the past couple of weeks (small deficits), I saw some minor weight loss on the scale, but it's definitely becoming noticeable in my clothes and how they fit. Everything is too big. I think my bras are even a bit too big now.
I also spent time this past week relaxing with friends and just doing things beyond focusing about goals and just relating to people. And I think that made a big difference for me and my enjoyment of life. This morning I took my two dogs on a 2 mile jog and I feel really good. I just keep moving and trying to move forward and don't let small set backs ruin my whole journey.
