How about you?
Well, let me take this one question at a time.

Quote:
Do you believe that each day is a new beginning?
I try to, but sometimes the day before is too much to "put behind me".

Quote:
And possibly a new opportunity to put at least some misunderstandings/injustices/hurt etc.. to rest, in the past ..
Some, yes. All, not entirely - intense emotions (either good or bad) will linger over from the before into my morning waking and have an impact on my first few interactions at the very least, possibly more.

Quote:
And it’s absolutely true that if we judge someone we can’t love or support them...
Depends on how and why you are judging them. For example, as a Christian, I am called to judge my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ actions to make sure they are in line with Christ - but only if my actions concerning said subject is not out of line with Christ either, and only if I can do so without anger or malice in my heart nor attempt to determine their eternity - but I am not called to judge a non-believer's actions as pertaining to whether or not they line up with what Christ would want. In this scenario I can judge my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ with love - however if I judge non-believers it would not be loving. (This is just an example that is pertaining to how it pertains to what is good/bad in the eyes of Christ vs behavior of a person.)

Quote:
Today I’m pledging to do my best not to anyone harshly, especially for any past behaviour / words which obviously none of us can do a thing to change...
This is a good goal - for me, the best I can do is not judge anyone by face value when I first meet them .. and let them "earn" their relationship to me based upon how they treat me n how I see them treat others. Not to say that cannot change, but it doesn't change overnight either.

Quote:
Do you look for the best in everyone?
Yes, I always look for the good - but sometimes people can harm me and/or others so much I lose the view of the goodness, and instead see pain - not necessarily "evil" or "bad" - but "pain" .. on both sides: for the person and those the person interacts with

Quote:
Itruly believe that Love is the only answer to all the ills in this world
I agree with this, but I think there is too much hatred in this world now - love no longer outweighs the hate. That does not mean we should not try. It just means if/when we love others, we need to understand the odds are against us for it to be returned but instead are high that hate and anger will be returned with equal or more intensity that we give love.

Love to you my friend. Keep the goodness and love inside your heart. It (and you) is beautiful.
