I'm so sorry you had to go thru all that and I truly hope further testing shows no breast cancer in your remaining breast. I got an unnerving call this afternoon.. Earlier in the week I had a routine mammogram. Now I need to have further testing on one of my breasts. My friend said this happened to her and everything turned out ok so I'm trying to stay calm. I just don't think I could deal with breast cancer on top of my mental illness. Of course if it is cancer to me it makes a difference whether it's stage 1 or stage 2. Those have a more positive outcome. I watched my partner who was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer go thru 3 1/2 years of hell. Cancer also runs in my family - out of the 5 of us in my nuclear family 3 passed from cancer. You were very brave to cope with going thru a year of treatment. All my best to you.
