No weight gain here and I’m on the max dose of 4mg.

I take it for depression and psychosis. Not sure if it helps with mania or not. My therapist says it isn’t approved for mania and I haven’t seen any clinical trials proving that it works for mania, but I haven’t had a manic episode since starting it, so who knows.
