i've found that my anxiety levels/ general habbits change a lot with my moods
example: I like even numbers (2, 4, 6,8) and when I'm mannic, I absolutely have to have everything as an even number- and if it's odd, I'll get very angry and anxious (to panic attack stage)
but when I'm not mannic, I don't really care about them. I might get a little depressed if the number's odd and not even, but I'll just brush it off
