Rounded up to 158 this morning. I have been overeating lately then putting in a lot of cardio/paddling to make up for it. Mixed feelings on that; it isn't necessarily overeating when I expend the energy to account for it and my arms, chest and abs are getting better definition again, but I would feel better about it it if this was the result of a proactive plan instead of a largely reactive cycle of eating too much and increasing the burn to account for it.
I feel better about being in the upper 150s, as opposed to lower 150s, if my core has good definition. 164 would be a BMI of 24.9, so I am whining about the difference between being in great shape or just really good. This is a much better problem than I had a couple of years ago at a BMI of ~34.
