Yeah good for you Zuzian. You have stuck out current job long enough to learn lots, but also to be sure about what you like and don't like. I admire you taking steps for a better future. If it's ugly, then current management need to address what needs to change. And manage! I worked in day nurseries after leaving school and it took me a while to find a place where the management managed, i.e. acted in the best possible way for clients and protected their staff. In the good place they got substitutes in so that we could all attend team meeting and discuss together for example. Also they enforced minimum staffing levels no matter what the higher ups budgeted. Made me feel like the work was worth doing. You are doing the right thing, even if it feels terrible. You have thought this through in a very mature way .
