If it is a nice day like today I go outside ,now this is what happened to me this morning when I woke up I had very bad anxietes,By 10 oclock I had had enough so I went outside It took all but two minutes and I felt so much better.Sometimes if I am depressed to I go outside and I feel better.Funny how the weather can help with anxieties and depression,I know the sun is suppose to help with depression and I know in my case it works.To bad they cannot bottle the weather.Imagine if they could .It would help with our mental illness's
