I only take seroquel at bedtime because it definitely causes dizziness/drowsiness . Everytime I increased the dose it took a few days to get used to. Now I take 300mg and can function okay during the day but the effects are still there at night which is usually fine and it helps me sleep. I personally like this medication now but it was hard for my body to get used to. Hang in there and see if you can take it at night because it's easier that way.
