Hey Martha2019! I can relate to your sleep problems. Sometimes I can't sleep at night because I'm too anxious or paranoid but then during the day I suddenly feel safer and don't have any trouble sleeping. I try hard not to make a habit of it though. I stay awake as much as I can and after a few days it usually gets better. Hope you get a good night's rest. Sorry that the lack of responses made you feel like that but you aren't alone.
