I've been struggling a lot recently with my mental health.
I've always been picky with food and would just not eat for a day or two and then gorge myself for the next couple of days before settling into a normal rhythm again.
Since I started working out I've been keeping an extra close eye on my diet, which has included just eating less and working harder, or just not eating at all if I don't do a workout.
But now recently I've been stopping myself eating altogether because I've not felt like I've deserved food at all and it's been 3 days since I last had a meal and theres been 4 snacks in that entire time and I'm starting to worry that someone's going to notice.
