This day has been some kind of a "resting day" for me. I have used the day to only relax, sleep for a while, reading a bit and have seen some programs at TV.
I feel OK now, but I can feel the need for have structure around my day as well.
Plans for Thursday:
- 07:30 Up
- Swish and swipe in the bath room
- After breakfast follow the weekly program:
Thursday: Gymnastics in a group . After that work in the home for one or two hours (I will use one hour after the gymnastics (at home, not in a group).
- Some food
- Write a list for the Grocery shop
- Grocery
- Lunch
- Rest a bit
- Write a list for the rest of the day ...
