I don't doubt that some alters can be perpetrators, but exploring whether/how that applies to you is what she should be spending her time on in your session. As far as MJ, I prefer to believe the FBI over a T who hasn't declared any direct contact with him. (The FBI, despite an intensive 10 year investigation, found no evidence that he abused anybody. Weird behavior, yes, but weird doesn't equal abuse.)
