I think that question makes a lot more sense. I believe that all of the things you listed are betrayals to a certain degree (with the exception of the 1st one)-- some more than others. In my opinion, some could be worked out; others are problems that are serious and could warrant the end of a relationship. Just because I don't define those as cheating doesn't mean that I would tolerate some of them.
