i had problems entering any chat when i downloaded my firewall...what i do when i want to chat it simply turn it off for that time period.

i know there's a more complicated way to allow certain sites, but i'm not good enuf with puter to figure it out. so you might want to just turn it off for chat. you could visit the zone alarm website to figure out how to allow the specific chat site.
