in t's waiting room last night there was a National Geo magazine i was leafing through and at the heart of it was a long section on New Orleans and pictures of the flood and the aftermath. I sat there crying, looking at the devastation, retracing the many routes i worked, pointint out landmarks i saw in the 9th (the picture was from Feb after the storm) and t came out - i showed her and told her those were the areas i had worked. She looked at them and then took the book with us to her office where i then showed her all the pictures and the maps.
