the sui is better even if not completely gone yet. I still really want to hurt myself though.
This morning the bad idea generator in my brain suggested that I engage in more extreme SH and end up in the ER again to test whether you'd terminate
part of me still doesn't think it's such a terrible idea.
The urge is pretty strong. I want a break from the real world.
