Sorry I知 not up to date with what everyone is doing , hugs to anyone needing it.
I知 doing really well with my decreasing my meds. It痴 a slow process. I知 being careful.
My husband and I spent most of yesterday landscaping around our house. We got a good rain today , so I知 hopeful that they will grow quickly
I知 still losing the weight since stooping Latuda , which is a huge relief. I hope it continues. I知 certainly not as hungry as I was when I was on it.
