Thanks guys I just have to go with my gut instinct. I took some test with this lady 15 years ago I dont even remember what the test was or said. She just remembers my diagnosis. Does not have my records. Met with my therapist one time and has seen me 3 times and claims I have a perpetrator alter and I should consolidate all my littles. What if that messes me up? Its just not a risk I am willing to take to continue seeing her.
