No it's not worth it, which is why I'm already working on an exit strategy if the counseling fails. Just talking getting that all out there helps.

The worst part is that since I've told him that I'm leaving if the counseling doesn't work, he hasn't reacted. Gratefully he stays on base during the week since he's a squad leader, but I have seen him twice, and both times he was just expressionless. He didn't say anything, didn't deny anything, didn't apologize.... I wonder if he even cares if I go.
