now...I'm on 20mgs/Abilify, which I'd really like to get down to 15, since Prozac messes with the clearance of Abilify. But...then I remembered this old school doc who gave me small Abilify samples, to top off my daily tablet, when he added an antidepressant. smoothes the transition, I guess? anyway...

calmer. thoughts aren't looping as tightly, but they're still somewhat looping, which...is oddly reassuring, if that makes any sense. mood is improved, a tad more energy. not a miracle in a capsule, but...good, so far. I think I'd like to keep the Prozac @ 20mgs, if possible.

prescriber person came to the conclusion that I'm "Schizoaffective," so...OK. kinda...fits, honestly. I kept being labeled with "mild Schizophrenia, and Bipolar" or "Schizophrenia, with a mood disorder," now and then "Bipolar I w/psychotic features," so...

Schizoaffective isn't exactly a dream come true, but I think its probably about as accurate as DSM-V codes can be for anyone who deals with ongoing distress in...life.
