They are awful side effects. I can understand you wanting to get off Seroquel. When I was on it in doses up to 400 mg I had severe drowsiness, acting drunk, restless legs, and weight gain. I don't recall getting dry though but it wouldn't surprise me. I hope your pdoc can offer some help. I found much lower doses ok, but it only helped me sleep, rather than be an antipsychotic or mood stabiliser.
