Seems like a lot of us are struggling with urges to relapse. Do you know why the urge is so strong in you? Is it bc of your new sobriety perhaps (the lifestyle change adjustment)? I have been clean of self harm near 10yrs but past couple weeks been struggling. Hope you are well n have not given in to the urges. I have not been here the past couple days or would have answered you sooner. Sorry.
